Senior Art Director

We are looking for a Senior Art Director (all genders) to join our agency Saint Elmo's Munich on a full-time basis as soon as possible.

What we expect from you:

• Completed vocational training or completed studies in communication or graphic design or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience as an Art Director in a creative agency
• Experience in developing and implementing integrated 360° campaigns for major brands
• Proficient use of standard Adobe programs and a strong understanding of modern design, digital storytelling, and AI tools.
• Experience in leading creative teams, developing junior colleagues, and ensuring creative quality
• You recognize good ideas early, improve them, and successfully bring them to fruition.
• Native-level German and good English skills
