Art Director

We are immediately seeking a full-time Art Director (all genders) to strengthen our creative team at our Munich location.

What you can expect from us:

• Conceptualization and creation of cross-channel campaigns and brand appearances
• Art direction of photo and video productions from idea to implementation
• Ensuring high creative quality in all visual assets
• Development of new design approaches and creative communication solutions
• Close collaboration with strategy, text, consulting and production
• Independent work with plenty of room for ideas and innovations

What we expect from you:

• Several years of agency experience (at least 2 years) with a strong feel for brands, campaigns and visual communication
• A strong passion for excellent design, creative ideas and innovative communication solutions
• Safe handling of current AI tools and their use in the creative process
• Solid experience in developing creative concepts and working with current Adobe tools
• Convincing presentation and communication skills, also in an international environment and in English
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
• Team spirit, openness to new constellations and the motivation to make a difference with ideas and designs
