Art Director

We are looking for an Art Director (all genders) for our agency Saint Elmo's Munich, to start as soon as possible, on a full-time basis.

• Planning, support and creative management of photo shoots as well as still and moving image productions
• Development of communication solutions across all relevant channels – from social media to large-scale campaign ideas.

What we expect from you:

• At least 2-4 years of professional experience in a creative agency
• A strong affinity for great design, creative communication, and campaigns.
• Interest in creatively integrating new technologies and AI tools into your idea development.
• Strong conceptual skills and a high level of creative quality in idea and design.
• Excellent presentation skills - also happy to speak in English.
• You bring people together, enjoy working in an interdisciplinary way, and manage to inspire others with your ideas.
• Very good German skills
• And most importantly: You're eager to do work that people talk about.
