The Job:
As a Brand Marketing Manager (DEWALT), you’ll be part of our Global Brand Management team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
Be part of Global Brand Management and build and execute comprehensive global brand strategies aligned to achieve organizational brand growth goals. This function is laser focused by brand and aligned by category/trade to identify, understand and drive end-user messaging and build equity strategies that will be relevant, creative and compelling. Global Brand Management will create brand positioning, brand fundamentals and brand equity creative & messaging.
The Global Brand function will develop key global category, product messaging and marketing playbooks for NPD. The Global Brand Management teams will also influence product and category decisions, brand visual design language and brand digital master creative and architecture. This team will ensure regional activation teams, licensing partners and other organizational stakeholders are executing in a manner supporting the Global Brand Equity.
The Brand Manager is responsible for planning, development and execution of comprehensive brand marketing strategy including, but not limited to supporting including product launch planning, product naming and messaging, photography and video and collateral development,
We are seeking an enthusiastic, out-of-the-box thinker, who will be proactive and look to identify opportunities to streamline processes and work cross-functionally with the business and North America Marketing teams to drive strategic and creative marketing solutions.

Understand and create a vision for the future of the brand. Understand and internalize the vision for the future of the brand; should build strategies that support that vision and establish a roadmap elevate brand positioning in the hearts and minds of end users to achieve specific brand KPI’s including share and perception change.

Manage brand marketing campaigns, including content and full campaign toolkit creation, optimizations and reporting.

Work with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver improved end user experience across all touchpoints (online and offline).

Enroll and engage product and commercial partners and senior leadership to plans proposed.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and with agency partners to plan, develop and deliver dynamic, world-class content.

Partner with the research team to gain insight into how our user segments experience the brand to create user-based benefit driven campaigns for core and new product categories.

Work with Global Marketing Digital team on objectives, KPI alignment and tracking of digital ecosystem and make recommendations to improve executions.

Work closely with internal sales/channel teams to recommend and develop ways for the brand to partner and drive business growth at key retailers.

Develop media approaches and plans, working with both internal and external agencies.

Have 3+ years of brand marketing experience.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications a plus

Experience in Brand Campaign Development & Execution

Experience with launching brand marketing campaigns, developing content & messaging strategies, leverage insights to drive decisions, optimizing and reporting out on performance.

Strong business acumen, including financial/budget management skills.

Execute deliverables by proactively driving collaboration and communication across project stakeholders
