Job Description:

As an Account Manager at Critical Mass, you are a key partner to both clients and colleagues, playing an essential role in managing day-to-day business needs, driving projects forward, and building strong relationships. With support and mentorship from an Account Director, you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy hands-on execution, and are eager to take ownership of projects and campaign deliverables. Your commitment to excellence ensures client satisfaction, seamless operations, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic team.

You Will:

  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including media plan fulfillment, creative adjustments, and ensuring accurate trafficking setup through close coordination with ad operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, ad operations, project delivery, and strategy teams to ensure all deliverables are met on time and to expectations
  • Take ownership of campaigns and project work, with the opportunity to expand into leading larger sales events, launches, or asset creation initiatives
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering open, collaborative relationships and ensuring daily needs and long-term goals are met
  • Support the Account Director in running the business, while also bringing forward new ideas and unique solutions to enhance client outcomes
  • Maintain a strong understanding of digital and traditional media requirements, ensuring all creative and messaging aligns with channel strategy and best practices

You Have:

  • 3–5 years of relevant account management experience, ideally in digital marketing; Software as a Service experience is a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated experience with media planning, creative asset management, and multi-channel campaign execution
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams (media, creative, ad ops, strategy, SEO/MKS, and external partners)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on partnership, active listening, and collaborative problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of both digital and traditional media and how to set up creative and copy for optimal channel performance
  • A growth mindset—willingness to take initiative, own projects end-to-end, and seek out opportunities for professional development and ownership

What We Offer:

  • Global maternity and parental leave
  • Competitive benefits packages
  • Vacation, compassionate leave, sick days, and flex days
  • Access to online services for families and new parents
  • Diversity and Inclusion Board with 12 affinity groups
  • Internal learning and development programs
  • Enterprise-wide employee discounts

Our new hires & employees are the future of our organization, and we want to set you up for long-term success. In an effort to do so, we expect our team to work in office a minimum of 3 days a week.
