Freelance Digital Artist – Lifestyle Imagery for Fabric Collection

We're looking for a freelance digital artist / CGI visualizer to create photorealistic lifestyle imagery for a fabric collection. This is a trial project -- strong results will lead to further paid work on a case-by-case basis as and when needed.
The brief:
Create styled lifestyle visuals from a brief showcasing our fabrics in realistic settings. Texture is everything here -- we need someone who can convincingly replicate the weave and feel of real fabric digitally. No flat or "plasticky" renders.
We're looking for:
- Proven CGI/3D rendering experience - preferably with interiors, textiles, upholstery or soft furnishings
- Some examples of interiors/fabric/material realism
- Ability to work from fabric references (swatches/photos) and translate them accurately
- Good communication, as this could grow into ongoing work
Budget: No fixed fee -- open to discussing rates based on experience.

I'm developing an early-years phonics programme. I have already created the educational content. I need a designer to develop a cohesive visual system and apply it consistently across the workbooks and flashcards. The visual identity should be warm, playful, sophisticated and uncluttered. I particularly want a subtle pillar motif incorporated throughout the brand. I have reference pages showing the direction I want. The workbook should include the large letter, mnemonic/illustration, sound classification, handwriting formation, dotted tracing and independent writing practice. I will also need editable source files and print-ready PDFs, with individual page exports where appropriate.
