Digital Marketing Assistant

WHAT’S THE ROLE:
Our Digital Marketing team is expanding, and we’re hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant to help bring our packed schedule of game launches to market. This is a hands-on position focused on setting up paid media campaigns, writing advertising copy, and assisting in go-to-market rollouts across a range of digital platforms.
Working closely with a data-led, high-performing team, this role will have the opportunity to develop a career in performance marketing, learn from a team of experts, and contribute directly to measurable launch outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Assisting the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to support the planning, delivery and reporting of performance marketing campaigns.
- Building paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, Google Ads and other advertising channels, aligning activity with agreed media plans.
- Creating clear, effective ad copy tailored to the tone and personality of each brand.
- Assisting in setting up campaign tracking, including links and working with web teams to implement ad tracking and website analytics.
- Gathering monthly performance and finance information, raise purchase orders, and coordinate with Finance to meet submission deadlines.
- Helping brief creative requirements into Creative Services, checking assets meet specifications and supporting delivery to advertising partners when needed.
- Reviewing competitors' launch activity to surface useful examples, category trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Tracking relevant platform updates that could influence campaign setup, billing processes, or creative requirements.
- Developing skills in gathering, analysing and interpreting marketing performance data to identify actionable insights.
- Supporting the development of creative ideas and assist with the implementation and testing of new campaign initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Hands-on experience supporting paid media campaign set-ups, either in an agency or in-house role.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the flexibility to adapt messaging for different brands and audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- An enthusiasm to build a career in performance marketing.
