As Brand Manager for Carnation, you will optimise and activate the brand strategy in market, shaping how consumers experience the brand while supporting growth, profitability and long-term brand health.

Essential:
- Marketing Experience: Experience of brand or product management.
- Consumer Insight: Ability to analyse consumer and market data.
- Project Management: Demonstrated capability in managing multiple priorities.
- Financial Awareness: Knowledge of budgets and brand performance measures.
- Collaboration: Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
- FMCG Experience: Exposure to food, beverage or FMCG sectors.
- Agency Management: Experience working with creative, media or research agencies.
- Brand Planning: Knowledge of marketing effectiveness frameworks.
- Sustainability Awareness: Understanding responsible marketing principles.
