Creative Production Designer
Job
evoke is building a next-generation, AI-first creative studio designed for speed, scale and creative excellence. As a Creative Production Designer (AI-Enabled), you’ll play a vital role in transforming campaign ideas into high-volume, production-ready assets-delivered across channels, formats and markets with precision and consistency.
This is not a traditional artworker role. You’ll combine creative production expertise with AI-powered workflows and automation tools to scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining exceptional design quality.
If you enjoy creating at scale, thrive in fast-paced production environments and are excited by the possibilities of AI in creative workflows, join evoke and help redefine modern campaign production. This role is available in Leeds and London.
What you will be doing:
· Produce and adapt campaign assets across formats including social, digital, display, video, motion and web placements
· Translate master creative assets into high-quality executions aligned with campaign direction and brand guidelines
· Use AI tools and automation workflows to generate, adapt and scale creative assets efficiently
· Prepare and optimise assets for different platforms, formats and performance requirements
· Create multiple variations for A/B testing, performance marketing and campaign optimisation
· Localise and version assets for different markets, audiences and languages
· Ensure all outputs are production-ready, technically accurate and compliant with brand standards
· Support efficient campaign rollout by working within structured workflows and scalable production systems
Who we are looking for:
We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos. To apply to this post, you will have:
· Experience in production design, digital design or artwork roles within a creative or marketing environment
· Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma
· Experience producing assets across multiple formats, including digital, video and motion
· Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and the ability to apply them within production workflows
