As a Business Analyst at Foster + Partners, you will play a key role in improving the way our people, processes, and technologies work together. Working across a diverse and creative global business, you will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, deliver impactful solutions, and drive digital adoption. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with technology, and helping teams achieve better outcomes through continuous improvement.

This role is ideal if you want to:

  • Shape and improve business processes that make a real impact across the organisation through business analysis, process improvement, automation and change initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, balancing business requirements, user needs and technical constraints to deliver practical, human-centred solutions.
  • Lead business change from discovery through to implementation, helping teams identify challenges, evaluate options and adopt new ways of working.
  • Gain exposure to a broad Microsoft technology stack, including Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
  • Develop and implement low-code solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Experience identifying business challenges and translating them into effective solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • A consultative approach to problem-solving, with experience identifying opportunities, evaluating solution options and supporting implementation.
  • Experience creating and improving business processes through As-Is and To-Be analysis, while balancing business objectives, user experience and technical constraints.
  • Experience working within enterprise systems, with exposure to platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP or similar business applications.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and experience working with platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshservice or equivalent service management tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, particularly the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Copilot Studio), Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
