We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Assistant to help tell the INK story. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their marketing career who is creative, organised and eager to learn. You'll work closely with our leadership team to support our brand, marketing and business development activity, with the opportunity to grow into a Brand & Marketing Coordinator role over time.

The Role:

As Brand & Marketing Assistant, you'll help bring our marketing to life by creating content, supporting new business activity and ensuring our brand is represented consistently across every touchpoint.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to learn, contribute ideas and take ownership as your experience grows.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create and schedule content across our social media channels.
• Write case studies, project stories and marketing copy.
• Keep our website and portfolio up to date.
• Support award submissions, PR opportunities and industry events.
• Help prepare presentations, pitch decks and marketing materials.
• Research prospective clients and maintain our CRM.
• Track marketing performance and help report on key metrics.
• Organise marketing assets and help keep our content pipeline running smoothly.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about marketing, branding and creative storytelling.
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn.
• A confident writer with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Interested in design, animation, technology and creative industries.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, with experience of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar tools being a bonus.
