PRODUCTION MANAGER / COORDINATOR -- ANIMA (Short Film)

Shoot: 3 days total shoot. Two weekends, early October 2026 TBC exact dates

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager/Coordinator to join ANIMA, a psychological horror short shooting on location at beach location max 2h away from London.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the production schedule, call sheets, and day-to-day logistics across prep and principal photography
• Coordinate location permits, and act as production point of contact for local authorities
• Administer budget tracking, purchase orders, petty cash, and cost reporting to the Producer
• Support production in arranging unit transport, catering, and equipment hire for a two-weekend out-of-town shoot
• Support the Producer and HODs on health and safety, insurance, and delivery paperwork

Requirements:

• Prior credits as Production Manager or Production Coordinator on short films, commercials, or low-budget features
• Strong working knowledge of UK production paperwork, Equity agreements, and standard crew contracts
• Experience managing location shoots and permitting processes
• Excellent organisational skills and calm under pressure in a small-crew environment
• Full UK driving licence desirable
