We're hunting a motion designer who builds showreels people replay, not scroll past. Someone who can walk into a brief, find the story no one else saw, and cut it into something that puts Wetpaint at the front of the room, traditional craft and AI production working together, not one replacing the other.
What you'll own:
- Showreels built to hit like a trailer, every frame on brand, on CI, on brief.
- Original storylines and visuals, no templates, no stock transitions.
- A hybrid workflow: After Effects and Cinema 4D level craft, sharpened with active use of AI creative tools.
What gets you shortlisted:
- A portfolio that proves it, we're not hiring off a promise.
- Fluency across traditional motion pipelines and at least one AI creative platform in daily use.
- A track record of treating a brief as a starting point, not a checklist.
