Garment Technician

I am looking for a garment technician to help me with the design of a raincoat, specifically how to achieve the desired structure while optimising for water repellence and breathability.
The work includes advising on fabric selection, refining the design and developing a clear tech pack for production and requires outdoor product design experience.
