Freelance Location Producer

We're a British menswear company looking for a local producer to join us on location on Friday 2nd October.
It's a one day shoot in Old Town Palma and we need someone on the ground who knows the area and can keep the day running smoothly. That means sorting location permissions ahead of the shoot and liaising with council where needed, then on the day itself helping run things: keeping us to schedule, looking after the crew and talent, handling anything unexpected, and making sure we leave each spot as we found it.
The team on the day will be small, around 6 people including photographer, model and our in-house creative team. Call time is roughly 8:30AM with a wrap around 5:00PM, though we'll confirm the schedule once locations are locked in.
