Own engineering strategy and delivery quality across Swift Tech Co.'s entire client portfolio, hiring, org design, and the standards that decide whether a client trusts us with their next project too.
Responsibilities:
- Own engineering org design, hiring, and leveling across all delivery teams
- Set and enforce technical standards across client engagements
- Partner with sales and leadership on delivery capacity planning
- Own engineering's contribution to client retention and expansion
