As a Senior Project Manager at Stereo, you will act as the vital link between clients, internal teams, and our US offices, managing day-to-day project operations while nurturing strong, collaborative relationships.

This role requires proven agency experience and confidence in planning and delivering complex, multi-phase campaigns often with substantial deliverables lists and evolving requirements.

You’ll be expected to operate with adjusted working hours to align with US time zones. Core hours will typically run from 10:00–19:00, with flexibility to work later around key delivery dates and the option to start and finish earlier during quieter periods.

With a meticulous eye for detail, you will ensure rigorous quality assurance at every stage. Your approach should be solutions-focused, proactive and adaptable, especially when navigating shifting client or project needs. Experience working with financial and technology clients is highly advantageous.

As the primary contact for both clients and Stereo’s internal teams across all delivery-related matters, you will oversee project briefings, day-to-day execution and final delivery. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, uphold agency processes, manage resources and facilitate seamless communication.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful, high-quality work, bringing strong organisational skills, confident problem-solving, operational independence and a clear passion for producing best-in-class creative.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, successfully delivering a variety of projects from concept to completion. Ideally, experience working across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Confidence working adjusted hours aligned to US time zones and flexibility around peak delivery periods.
  • Proven ability to manage complex campaigns with multi-deliverable workflows and evolving requirements.
  • Highly proactive, dependable and adept at prioritising and organising your own workload, as well as team schedules.
  • Deep understanding of agency workflows and interdisciplinary delivery across strategy, design, motion and campaign production.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conceiving, preparing, and delivering key client presentations.
  • Demonstrates composure under pressure and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality acting as the critical QA checkpoint between internal teams and clients.
  • Capable of effectively managing and monitoring project progress, with a keen eye on project burn and scope creep.
  • Confident in financial forecasting, ensuring accuracy and updating the financial pipeline. Promptly communicating any financial changes or discrepancies to senior management.
  • Ideally, experience working with financial services and/or technology sector clients.
  • Proficient in leading project management methodologies and tools, including setting up and managing task boards using platforms such as Airtable, Monday.com or similar.

TYPICAL ACTIVITIES:

  • Managing the delivery of a wide range of complex digital and integrated projects, often with extensive deliverables lists.
  • Ensuring clear communication and smooth, structured handovers with US counterparts to support ‘follow-the-sun’ workflows and maintain seamless project continuity.
  • Gathering and shaping project requirements, developing timelines and budgets, defining delivery approaches and drafting statements of work.
  • Creating detailed project plans that ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget, including precise cost analysis and forecasting.
  • Producing clear, compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating closely with external partners and overseeing third-party vendors.
  • Leading internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring clarity and confidence in delivery.
  • Providing guidance and oversight to Junior Project Managers and supporting their development.
  • Maintaining strict quality assurance processes and reviewing deliverables at every stage to uphold excellence and accuracy.
  • Understanding clients’ objectives, needs and industry context contributing actively to defining and refining project briefs.
