The Opportunity:

EVY Technology is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team in Athens.

This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who thinks fast and executes clean. You'll work directly with the Creative Marketing Director and the international EVY team, turning brand direction into finished creative across social, digital, campaign, and print, at the pace of a lean in-house studio, not a big-agency pipeline.

If you need six weeks and a full brief to make a TikTok asset, this isn't for you. If you can take a rough direction and ship something great by Thursday, keep reading.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Produce and adapt content for TikTok, social campaigns, and eCommerce, at speed and in volume.
• Edit and cut motion/video for campaign rollouts and platform-native content.
• Create and adapt packaging, print collateral, and trade materials.
• Keep everything on-brand across every format, no exceptions.
• Prepare print-ready and digital production files to proper prepress standards.
• Own projects end to end, from concept to delivery, on your own timeline discipline.
• Localise and adapt seasonal campaigns for the Greek market.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in graphic design across digital and print.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
• Comfortable using AI tools (image/video generation, upscaling, editing assistance) to move faster without sacrificing quality. This isn't optional anymore.
• 3D skills are a strong plus.
• Sharp instinct for layout, typography, and composition.
• Proven ability to execute precisely within an existing, locked brand system across formats, without diluting it with personal style. This isn't a preference, it's the job.
• Fluent English, clear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally.
