About The Role:

DESIGNED FOR AN OPEN MIND

Whistles is entering a new chapter, and we’re looking for someone to help shape how we show up in the world.

As Senior Content & Social Media Manager, you’ll lead our content and social strategy, creating distinctive stories that grow our audience, build engagement and strengthen brand consideration. From social and editorial to CRM and website, you’ll bring the Whistles personality to life and help create a more open, confident and social-first brand.

Who you'll be:

You’ll have significant experience in content, social, editorial or digital, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, culture or premium retail. You’ll be a strong storyteller and copywriter with a sharp understanding of social, audience behaviour and emerging formats. Commercially minded and creatively curious, you’ll be confident turning ideas into engaging content, using insight to make it better and bringing people with you along the way.

What's in it for you?

It's not just what you can do for us. We will give you the tools and the time to develop your career in the direction you want to go.  Alongside that, we have some great benefits which include:

If you want to join us and create moments that matter, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Own the content and social strategy, connecting it to wider brand and commercial goals.
  • Create engaging, story-led content across social, CRM, website, editorial and brand projects.
  • Lead social strategy, staying ahead of platform trends, formats and cultural moments.
  • Develop original concepts across video, photography, editorial and emerging formats.
  • Shape and evolve the Whistles tone of voice across all customer touchpoints.
  • Use performance insight, testing and AI to improve content and audience growth.
  • Manage and develop our Junior Content & Social Editor, while working closely with Design, Product, Ecommerce, CRM, Paid Social and Studio.
