Remote Graphic Designer
Job
Pay: US$600-900/month, based on skill, mindset, culture fit and speed. Paid trial of 2-4 weeks at US$150/week.
Hours: Remote, 3-4 hours overlap with Eastern Time (Canada).
About us:
We're a fast-growing, Amazon-based health and supplement brand on a mission to make products that genuinely improve people's health, growing from Amazon into a household consumer brand. Small team, strong culture, and design is central to how we grow.
Who we're looking for:
Attitude and culture fit matter more than anything on your CV. We can teach Amazon; we can't teach ownership, curiosity or high standards.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Take full ownership of your work and spot what needs doing
- Are curious, learn fast and love trying new tools, especially AI
- Hold high standards and never hand in work you aren't proud of
- Move fast, test and improve rather than chase perfect
- Lift up the people around you and give and take feedback openly
- Want a long-term role, not a side gig
Please don't apply if you want an easy, repetitive job, need hand-holding, or are just looking for a second income.
What you'll do:
- Amazon & e-commerce: main images, infographics, lifestyle images, comparison charts; A+ content, Brand Story and Storefront; image testing for click-through and conversion
- Packaging & print: supplement labels, boxes and pouches with print-ready dielines; product mockups and 3D renders; inserts, flyers, trade show and retail materials
- Marketing & social: ad creatives for Meta, Amazon and Google; social posts, carousels, stories, Reels/TikTok covers; email graphics; website and Shopify banners and landing page sections
- Brand & systems: brand guidelines, reusable templates, organised asset library
- AI-powered workflow: using AI daily for concepts, lifestyle scenes, background swaps and retouching; testing new AI tools
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio of clean, commercial design
- Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator (Figma a plus)
- You must already use AI tools in your workflow (e.g. Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Firefly, ChatGPT) and show us how
- Good written English and clear communication
- Sharp attention to detail
- Reliable computer and internet
Nice to have, not required: Amazon/A+ experience, packaging or consumer-product work, health/supplement brands, video or motion editing.
Your future here:
- Long-term role on a growing brand, working directly with the founder
- Room to grow into Lead Designer or Creative Director, help hire and lead a design team, own product launches
- Pay grows with your impact, with regular raise reviews
How to apply:
Apply with the subject line starting "DESIGN-AI" (applications without it won't be reviewed). Include:
- Your portfolio, plus 2-3 Amazon or packaging links if you have them
- A Loom video (max 3 minutes): introduce yourself, why this role interests you, and how you use AI in your design work
- Your CV
Our process:
- Application review
- Paid test task (US$30-50): one main image, one infographic and one A+ module, due within 48 hours
- 30-minute interview
- 2-4 week paid trial (US$150/week) with weekly goals
