About the Job you are considering:
Seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Product Manager to support a strategic transformation initiative focused on modernizing the firm's Corporate Actions processing capabilities. The role will partner with business, operations, data, and technology teams to define product requirements, drive process improvements, and deliver scalable solutions supporting the future state of Asset Servicing operations.
The successful candidate will combine deep Corporate Actions expertise with strong product management capabilities to help shape business requirements, operating models, data frameworks, and delivery priorities across a large-scale modernization program.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- Lead product definition and delivery for Corporate Actions capabilities across the event lifecycle.
- Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, and Business stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Develop and maintain product backlogs, user stories, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive prioritization decisions based on business value, operational efficiency, risk reduction, regulatory requirements, and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet functional, operational, and control requirements.
- Support testing, implementation, and production readiness activities.
- Partner with stakeholders to define future-state operating models, workflows, control frameworks, and process governance.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple workstreams and leadership teams.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Operating Model Transformation Responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of future-state operating models for Corporate Actions processing.
- Help define process governance, exception management frameworks, operational procedures, and business readiness activities.
- Partner with change management and operational leadership teams to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
- Contribute to process optimization and intelligent automation initiatives where appropriate.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Your Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, Securities Operations, or Capital Markets.
- Experience serving as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Lead, or Transformation Lead.
- Strong understanding of eligibility calculations, entitlement processing, event lifecycle management, and operational controls.
- Experience supporting large-scale platform modernization, operating model transformation, or strategic change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within investment banks, custody banks, securities services, or financial market infrastructure organizations.
