Win as a Team:
The purpose of this role is to design and optimise innovative, user-centric solutions for products and services within Intact’s UK Insurance business. As a Product Designer, you will drive the expansion and improvement of digital features and capabilities across multiple brands, delivering value to the business and our customers while ensuring best practice and adherence to our design system.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Create end-to-end, user-centred product designs, including user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs, across multiple digital products and services.
- Design intuitive AI-enabled experiences and workflows, ensuring AI capabilities are integrated in ways that are transparent, trustworthy and enhance user decision-making. This includes designing experiences where users can understand, validate and confidently act on AI-driven insights and recommendations.
- Define and continuously improve a robust product design process that delivers measurable value for Intact, our partners and our customers.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience working in product/platform focused design environments.
- Expertise in design tooling – preferably Figma, Adobe Creative Suite as well as rapid prototyping and user testing tools e.g. Axure, Usertestint.com
- A good understanding of Agile delivery methodology
