When we say, “the stuff dreams are made of,” we’re not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth. Behind WBD’s vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the storytellers bringing our characters to life, the creators bringing them to your living rooms and the dreamers creating what’s next…

From brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves. Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.

Your New Role...

As the primary operational coordination point for Scripting, Transcription, and Audio Description (AD) production, this role ensures work is properly scoped, resourced, scheduled, tracked, and delivered across the end-to-end production pipeline. Working across creative, editorial, and technical teams, you will help remove operational barriers, maintain workflow visibility, and support the efficient delivery of high-volume localisation and accessibility projects.

If you enjoy coordinating complex production workflows and enabling creative teams to deliver high-quality content at scale, we encourage you to apply.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Act as the primary entry point for Scripting and Audio Description work, ensuring incoming requests are actionable, properly tracked, complete, and ready for production scheduling while maintaining visibility across active and upcoming demand.

  • Coordinate and maintain production schedules across transcription specialists, Audio Description writers, Assistant Editors/QC teams, voice talent, recording sessions, and mixing resources to support on-time delivery.

  • Sequence work across workflow dependencies including scripting, quality control, recording, mixing, and final delivery, making real-time adjustments to maintain continuity.

  • Provide production status updates, track milestones, identify risks, and escalate scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, or delivery concerns as required.

  • Coordinate the booking of voice talent and recording sessions, aligning talent, facilities, technical resources, materials, and logistics with production timelines.

  • Support workflow readiness through media movement, project tracking, hand-offs between production stages, script version management, and administrative coordination.

  • Partner with creative, editorial, technical, and production stakeholders to ensure efficient, scalable Scripting and Audio Description operations.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Demonstrable experience in production coordination, post-production, localisation, or related operational environments.

  • Experience coordinating across creative, technical, and production teams, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and delivery timelines.

  • Experience and understanding of scripting requirements for adaptation, alongside familiarity with accessibility workflows such as Audio Description and Closed Captioning.

  • Project management experience with knowledge of production scheduling or workflow tracking tools such as SmartSheet, Airtable, or similar systems.

  • Experience working with talent, vendors, or external partners; accessibility-related certification such as CPACC is advantageous.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
