You have a strong eye for layout, typography and visual communication, and are looking to develop your skills across both print and digital design.
We are looking for someone who embodies the Footasylum values - Collaboration, Communication and Challenge. You have a keen interest in UK culture and sportswear brands.
Skills Required:
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- A solid understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography and design hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A genuine interest in design, streetwear and youth culture.
- A strong portfolio showing us your creativity and potential.
- Confidence working within brand guidelines.
- Ready to learn!
Responsibilities:
· You will work within the graphic design team to deliver creative assets across print and digital channels.
· You will work on day-to-day design briefs.
· You will support the Lead Graphic Designer and wider team on campaign rollouts and key business projects.
· You will create artwork for all online and in store touchpoints.
· You will prepare accurate artwork files for print and digital activation.
· You will apply and maintain brand guidelines across all creative briefs.
· You will contribute creative ideas and solutions during project development.
· You will manage own workload effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
· You will keep up to date with design trends and youth culture.
Why Footasylum?
We are one of the leading omni-channel retailers across the UK, but more than that we are a brilliant place to work. We value you and your development. We have loads of examples of people moving upwards, across to other departments and given training to excel their personal and professional skills. Our aim is to create a fun environment, where your success is paramount to ours and you are given the right tools, support and platform to achieve your goals.
