Jr Art Director

We are looking for a (Junior) Art Director (all genders) for our agency Saint Elmo's Munich, to start as soon as possible, on a full-time basis.

What you can expect from us:

• Together with our creative team, you will develop powerful campaigns from the initial idea to implementation.
• You work on well-known brands and support campaigns that can later be seen not only in the portfolio, but also out in the world.
• You bring looks, layouts and concepts to the point for all channels: digital, social, print, and moving images.
• You work on integrated campaigns for different channels and help to prepare ideas in a way that inspires both internally and externally.

• In short: You will develop step by step into an art director who makes ideas visible and creatively shapes brands.

What we expect from you:

• A degree in graphic/communication design or comparable training (e.g., media designer)
• Prior practical experience through internships, working student positions or agency projects is a plus, but not a must.
• Interest in modern formats such as social content, motion design, AI, or digital experiences
• A good sense for design, concepts and trends
• You are eager to try new things, to think differently, and not always to take the obvious path.
• Teamwork is not a buzzword for you, and you see feedback as an opportunity to improve.
• You bring curiosity, ask questions, and want to improve every day.
