Graphic Designer | Visual Communication & AI Design & PPT

This role is for someone who has consciously chosen Graphic Design as a profession, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving business problems through design.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts or equivalent.
• Graphic Design must be your primary career discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of formal professional education/training in Graphic Design. Candidates with only short-term (3-6 month) certificate courses will not be considered.
• Candidates from reputed design institutes will be preferred.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
• Experience with architecture, interiors, real estate, luxury brands or creative agencies is preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, typography, layout, presentation design and visual storytelling is mandatory.
• Expertise and Experience of Power Point Presentations and related skill is a plus 

Software Proficiency (Mandatory):

• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Office Suite

Good to Have:

• Adobe After Effects
• Figma
• Blender / Cinema4D or other 3D visualisation tools
• Web / UI design experience

AI Skills (Mandatory):

• Working proficiency with AI-powered creative tools is essential.
• Experience using ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Runway ML, Kling, Veo or equivalent AI tools.
• Ability to use AI for ideation, image generation, presentation enhancement, content creation and production workflows while maintaining originality, brand consistency and professional quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design premium corporate presentations, pitch decks and proposals.
• Develop branding and visual identity systems.
• Create digital, print and marketing collateral.
• Design social media campaigns and communication assets.
• Create infographics and visual storytelling assets.
• Support video editing and motion graphics where required.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing and business teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate creativity and production.
