- Work closely with Global Partnership leads and Amplifi’s commercial teams to identify, shape and unlock short- and long-term growth opportunities.
- Develop clear commercial pathways for growth, including media revenue, cloud consumption, partner incentives, joint go-to-market programmes and new service opportunities.

- Connect strategic partnership priorities with robust commercial models, working with specialist teams on areas including trading, contracting, funding and delivery.
- Support the development of an integrated, 360-degree approach to enterprise partnerships across Dentsu’s agencies, markets and Lines of Business.
- Bring structure and visibility to value opportunities across partnerships, helping stakeholders understand where value is being created and how it can be developed.
- Influence senior stakeholders across a complex global organisation without direct reporting authority, building alignment and momentum around shared opportunities.
- Over time, help connect enterprise platform opportunities more closely with client needs and Dentsu’s broader integrated solutions agenda.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Deep knowledge of major enterprise and hyperscale technology platforms, gained through substantial experience working with businesses such as Google, Meta or Amazon.
- A strong grounding in digital media, with experience that may include media buying, planning, trading, partnerships or platform commercials.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and an understanding of how modern partnership and commercial models create value beyond traditional media trading.
- Strategic thinking and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to look around corners, identify emerging opportunities and turn them into practical growth initiatives.
- Experience building productive relationships across agencies, markets, commercial teams and technology partners in a complex, matrixed organisation.
- The ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams without direct authority; this role has no direct reports.
- A genuine interest in technology and innovation across AI, cloud, AdTech and MarTech, with the appetite to continue learning as these areas evolve.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to make complex commercial and technology opportunities clear and compelling to different audiences.
- A collaborative, ambitious and opportunity-focused approach, balancing near-term commercial delivery with longer-term strategic value.
