Digital Designer (Midweight)
Featured job
Monsoon is a brand with a genuine creative story — artisan embroidery, hand-printed fabrics, considered occasion dressing — and we are building the creative team to tell it properly.
We’re looking for a highly creative Midweight Digital Designer with a passion for fashion and social media. You’ll be responsible for crafting visually striking, trend-led content that captures attention, drives engagement, and elevates our brand across all digital and social platforms.
What you’ll do as a Digital Designer (Midweight):
- Design bold, fashion-forward creative for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Translate seasonal campaigns, product drops, and brand direction into compelling social-first visuals
- Create a mix of static, motion, and video content including reels, stories, paid ads, and editorial-style assets
- Work closely with marketing, social, and e-commerce teams to bring campaigns and launches to life
- Interpret fashion trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity into relevant, on-brand creative
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across all digital touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries
- Adapt campaign creative quickly for multiple formats, channels, and audiences
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital design, ideally within fashion, retail, or a creative agency
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media work with a clear eye for fashion, styling, and visual culture
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; Premiere Pro a plus)
- Experience with motion design and editing short-form video content
- Strong understanding of social-first design and platform nuances
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, colour, and imagery—aligned with current fashion aesthetics
- Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving, trend-driven environment
Bonus points if you have!
- Experience working on fashion campaigns, lookbooks, or e-commerce content
- Knowledge of influencer, UGC, and creator-led content
- Familiarity with Figma or collaborative design tools
- An understanding of performance metrics and how creative drives engagement and conversion
What you’ll bring:
- A strong sense of style and awareness of fashion trends, brands, and cultural moments
- A proactive, ideas-led approach with confidence in pitching concepts
- High attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling
- A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
What will we offer you in return?
- Competitive salary
- 23 days’ holiday with the option to purchase additional holiday through our salary sacrifice scheme
- Bonus day off each year after 6 months’ service
- A pension that you will automatically be enrolled in after 3 months
- Life insurance (subject to participating in the pension scheme)
- A flexible working approach
- Early pay day Friday finish
- A generous staff discount with up to 50% discount on our products
- Interest free season ticket loans
- Additional perks such as Westfield discount, etc.
If this all sounds great and you feel you are who we are looking for, let us know and apply today!
