- Meet and understand customers
- Lead fabric/wallpaper/curtain selections
- Create the overall design concept
- Prepare the final recommendation
- Present to customers
- Close the sale
- Handle important follow-ups
- Manage showroom and team
- Coordinate with vendors
- Prepare mood boards
- Make Photoshop/Illustrator presentations
- Pull fabric/wallpaper images
- Prepare fabric combinations
- Maintain digital library of collections
- Prepare quotations/BOQs from selections
- Make room visualisations
- Organise samples and catalogues
- Update customer files
- Assist with follow-ups
- Photograph/document completed projects
