Imagine is a small, agile creative agency working across brand storytelling, product launches, hospitality, events, social media and international projects.

We are looking for a highly creative, versatile and hands-on Creative Filmmaker & Content Creator to join our team in Madrid.

As a small team, versatility is essential. We need someone comfortable wearing different hats, taking ownership and moving easily between creative development and hands-on production.

This is not simply a videographer or editor role. We are looking for someone capable of taking a brief and bringing it all the way to life -- from creative concept and script to shooting, photography and final edit.

What you will do:

• Turn briefs into creative concepts, storytelling and scripts
• Develop moodboards, treatments and visual directions
• Prepare and execute shoots independently
• Shoot professional-quality video and photography
• Work confidently with camera, lighting and sound
• Direct talent when required
• Edit and post-produce your own content
• Handle colour, sound and basic motion graphics
• Adapt content across formats and platforms
• Work autonomously while collaborating with external specialists on larger productions

What we are looking for:

Above all: creativity, versatility, autonomy and strong visual culture.

• Strong portfolio / showreel -- mandatory
• Proven creative concept and scriptwriting ability
• Excellent filmmaking and strong photography skills
• Advanced editing skills (Premiere Pro or equivalent)
• After Effects / motion graphics knowledge
• Understanding of lighting, sound and colour grading
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable multitasking in a small, fast-moving team
• Ability to take ownership from brief to final delivery
• Professional English; Spanish highly valued, French a plus
• Availability to travel internationally

You might call yourself a filmmaker, audiovisual creative, director or content creator. Your title matters less than your ability to think creatively and make things happen.

We are a small team, so this role is for someone who enjoys doing, creating, experimenting and taking responsibility, rather than working within one narrow specialism.
