TVF Digital and Online Post Production deliver high-profile campaigns across broadcast media, film, publishing, arts, healthcare and the wider commercial sector. We specialise in integrated creative solutions spanning digital, print, social media, video and marketing communications.
As part of the TVF Media Group, we have spent more than 15 years helping clients connect with audiences through compelling creative campaigns. Our clients include BBC, Channel 4, Discovery, Sky, Ogilvy, McCann and many more.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys variety and wants exposure to a wide range of creative disciplines.
You'll work across both internal and external client projects, creating everything from social media assets and digital campaigns to print collateral, presentations, branding, marketing materials and motion graphics. No two days are quite the same.
Working within a busy and thriving agency environment, you'll help develop creative concepts, respond to briefs and deliver high-quality work across multiple formats and platforms.
You'll be comfortable taking ownership of projects, working directly from briefs and contributing ideas from concept through to delivery. We're looking for someone who combines strong creative instincts with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
The role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors, clients and campaign types, making it ideal for a designer who enjoys variety and is keen to continually develop their skills.
Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience using Figma for digital design and collaborative workflows.
- Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
- A good degree from a leading university (minimum 2:1).
AI & Emerging Creative Tools:
TVF Digital is a forward-thinking, technology-conscious company, and we believe that AI will play an increasingly important role in the future of creative production.
We are actively exploring AI-assisted and AI-driven workflows across ideation, concept development, content creation, design exploration, research and production. As a business, we embrace emerging technologies that help us work more creatively, efficiently and effectively for our clients.
We're keen to hear from designers who are excited by this rapidly evolving landscape and are already incorporating tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms into their creative workflow.
The ideal candidate will be curious, adaptable and enthusiastic about combining strong creative thinking with new technologies to push ideas further and deliver better outcomes.
Why Join Us?
TVF Digital offers the opportunity to work on a diverse mix of projects and campaigns within a supportive, ambitious and fast-moving creative environment. Alongside exposure to high-profile clients and a broad range of sectors including media, publishing, arts, healthcare and entertainment, you'll benefit from excellent opportunities for professional development, regular team socials, annual company events, monthly performance incentives and a collaborative culture that encourages creativity, innovation and growth.
If you're passionate about design, excited by emerging technologies and looking to take the next step in your creative career, we'd love to hear from you.
