The Prime Video International marketing team is looking for a highly motivated, innovative and performance-oriented Brand Manager to help grow our Global Originals business across Europe, Latin America and Canada. The role will focus on marketing strategies and campaigns for Prime Video’s Global Original slate similar to the likes of The Summer I Turned Pretty, Off Campus, We Were Liars, amongst others.
This role will involve planning, producing and executing large marketing campaigns with complex cross-functional teams. You will negotiate with key business partners and global teams to gain alignment on marketing plans, and ultimately manage all aspects of the project execution across international locales.
Key job responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for Global Originals from strategy through to execution, reporting and analysis across multiple countries in EU/LATAM/Canada.
- Lead and brief key teams on the development and delivery of International marketing assets across Production, Amazon owned platforms, Ads, Social, Creators and ATL paid media channels.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including leadership, studios, content teams, marketing and PR to align on International campaign priorities and creative direction.
- Be comfortable presenting to a wide-range of partners from documents to decks, often with frequent updates to internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with external partners such as agencies, talent, production companies, and creators to bring International campaigns across EU/LATAM/Canada to life in an authentic and culturally resonant way.
- Manage blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and meet committed delivery timelines.
- Report on International campaign learnings to continuously refine your approach and raise the creative bar.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
