Currently one of the top clothing retailers in the UK, George have changed the face of clothing retailing since our launch in 1990. We are now recruiting for a talented Creative Assistant who will be based at our George Home Office in Lutterworth, with some travel around the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist in the delivery of the creative brand for George.com.
Your Role:
Acting as the design guardian and working alongside the Web Design & Photography team across fashion, home, and general merchandise categories. You'll assist with the delivery of day to day visual assets across our domestic and international sites and support the transformation of George as an inclusive brand with social kudos.
You'll ensure all creative adheres to the brand guidelines and is consistent across our different customer touch points. You'll support in managing design delivery of strategic projects along with assisting on corporate events and campaigns.
This is a varied role which will see you developing design briefs, support the delivery of the creative digital roadmap, support to interpret customer insight and web analytics and attend creative editorial sessions to drive innovation.
About you:
- You'll have experience of briefing web design and a keen creative eye for visual assets and photography.
- Previous e-commerce experience from a high transactional fashion website or fashion retail marketing experience.
- Experience working with creative/marketing agencies or have experience of agency management.
- Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally and be able to work with and influence key stakeholders.
- A strong customer mindset with the customer being at the heart of everything you do.
