The Role:
As a UX Designer you will be responsible for producing and testing UX designs for TJX Europe’s digital platforms. Working closely with the UX Manager, you will partner with the Product Development, Creative and Business teams to ensure all designs align with customer needs, as well as omnichannel and brand guidelines.

Our UX Experience team is in its infancy so this is a brilliant opportunity to help us define and shape this growing and exciting area of our business whilst being supported to develop your leadership as well as technical and design skills.

The Skills:

  • Experience in UX design and research with an up to date portfolio, demonstrating user-centric web and app design methodologies.
  • Experience in retail industry is preferable however other industry experience will be considered.
  • Understanding of interaction design principles.
  • Knowledge of industry tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Zeplin or similar.
  • Experience of Agile web development processes.
  • Broad knowledge of user research methodologies and practices, including an understanding of Google Analytics and A/B testing.
  • The ability to translate metrics, company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
