You will be thoroughly familiar with legal, right-to-reply and editorial policy issues and have the authority to build positive collaborative relationships with suppliers, including other Series Producers, film-makers and Executive Producers whilst talking them through often complex issues.

You will have substantial recent experience as a Series Producer and preferably a background in current affairs journalism alongside experience of making or overseeing current affairs and topical features for a popular magazine show. You will have a track record of managing a production from ideas generation through to delivery. Evidence of sound editorial judgement and the ability to lead a team and inspire creativity in others are essential, as are good writing skills, previous management experience, and demonstrable experience of organising and keeping on top of changing schedules in a fast-moving environment, with often contentious material. Experience of Live TV also preferable.
