We are looking for a consumer based Senior Designer, with experience in thinking about and designing brand worlds for FMCG brands, to join us in our growing team. We want individuals that love to collaborate, can think beyond the pack and have a strong background in the consumer category. We want fresh, clear thinkers, that can push the boundaries of the brief and want to stretch the comfort zones of our clients.

We are keen on self-starters, that can help form big ideas, not just crafters. We want folk that can inspire and engage the rest of the team. We want those that are hungry to learn and share – that want to use design to make a difference in the world. We want brand enthusiasts, energisers and ambassadors.

The individual needs to have a diverse style and be able to think across channels, not just 2D. Thinking about graphical depictions and language but also activations the brand can undertake to bring an idea to life.

We are not divas here - we are a sleeves-rolled-up, all-hands-on-deck kind of team. We want individuals that will challenge and push the brief and get others excited about the journey a brief can take them on, then make it happen.

More formal requirements:

Must have had at least 4 years experience and have demonstrated a diverse portfolio of work that represents their talents.

Should have strong ideation skills, as well as the ability to bring it to life for others.

Must be proficient in all key design packages and have a strong personal view on brands.

Have experience in, but not limited to; brand conceptualisation, brand systems, use of brand assets in all media, evaluating and analysing brands to establish opportunity areas, codifying and creating narratives for brands using key assets and brand feel. Thinking about brand activations and ideas to create brand engagement for audiences.
