This position is fast paced and extremely exciting. And it goes without saying, we need someone who has knock-out writing skills, is on-it with communications and has proven success in business development and marketing.

New Business responsibilities:

Key role in the inbound new business process:

·       Decipher the client business challenge and propose optimal response.

·       Develop credentials presentations/tender completion.

·      Qualify leads for viability of potential client partnerships.

·       Contribute to new prospect meetings through insightful point of view.

·       Create proposals involving tailored creative and strategic POV with relevant teams.

Assist the development approach for our proactive targeting:

·     Support with sector targeting initiatives e.g. leading ideas, ability to create content e.g. opinion pieces/letters to gain traction with prospects and be the eyes and ears of daily news stories.

Contribute to, and create, new business initiatives and processes:

·     Work with Global Marketing team to ensure alignment between new business targeting and annual marketing objectives.

·     Support global New Business development teams with new opportunities.

Manage and support the Interbrand pitch process:

·     Develop the role as an integral member of all pitch teams, leading content and submission creation.

·     Support the coordination and management of all pitches and anticipating team/client needs.

Marketing responsibilities:

·     Support development and execution of the annual London marketing plan.

·     Collaborate closely with Global Marketing team to create and execute marketing initiatives.

·     Manage external and internal events hosted locally and evaluate success and learnings.

·     Update the contact database to track prospects and ensure their inclusion to all events.

·     Collaborate with the relevant teams in creating client-focused marketing communications.

·     Lead social media channel activation for Interbrand office.

·     Ongoing management of senior management profiling/reputation shaping.

·     Manage award entry submissions for the London office.

·     Ensure case studies are up to date on global website.

Experience:

·       Significant previous experience and a proven track record within the branding field.

·       Experience of building excellent client relationships.

·       A great communicator and collaborator, who get the best out of people.

·       You have business development experience and a proven track record of helping businesses you have worked for to grow.

·       A self-starter with energy, drive and passion for the work we do.

·       Thrives in a fast-paced environment, getting things done while juggling multiple priorities.

·       Experience in branding or an active interest and enthusiasm in the development of brands / brand activity.
