We are currently looking for an experienced Scriptwriter to join our creative market leading team, in this role you will deliver high quality e-learning scripts on a hugely varied number of subjects and will support the Learning Production team to create impactful and engaging learning solutions.

We provide blended learning, learning portals, learning games and consultancy, working with an exciting range of global clients representing every industry sector. Our multi-talented, creative team have worked with many of the world's top brands.

We are happy for the ideal candidate to be either based in our Brighton office or to work from home. This role is initially for 6 months.

What you will be doing:

  • Taking briefs from the leads within the Learning and Production teams.

  • Attending meetings with clients to research and gather content; and become familiar with the client organisation, target audience, culture and brand.

  • Creating detailed content maps following design specifications and writing full scripts, including scripts for audio, video and animations.

  • Ensuring scripts are complete and accurate, polished and delivered on-time even when deadlines are challenging.

  • Communicating effectively with the client's subject matter experts and other members of the Learning and Production teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies and media, and an excitement about their creative potential.

  • Experience taking even the driest subject, get under its skin and ensure its relevant in terms of the business objectives, audience, content and available media mix.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • The ability to combine attention to detail with a clear writing style and real creative flair.

  • The ability to flex your writing style to meet client and audience requirements.

  • Ability to grasp and understand new subject matter more quickly than anyone else.
