Our Production Coordinator's are enthusiastic, willing to learn, and have very strong communication skills, as well as a flair for organisation and a passion for animation production. They undertake unique, daily challenges that arise from producing a 3D animation project.
Our Production Coordinator's are excellent communicators, organised, able to use their initiative and generally make themselves indispensable in this fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Due to the current government guidelines on the continuing pandemic, all job opportunities we offer will remain remote for the foreseeable future.
Day to Day:
- Act as the communication hub across all animation departments, as well as with our clients.
- Help to plan and troubleshoot the pipeline for production.
- Plan with the available resources to optimise the efficiency of each department, in line with the schedule and budget.
- Be across all aspects of the production as a whole, as well as individual departments.
- Ensuring the team are working towards the various goals and deadlines that the production demands.
About You:
Must Have:
- Confidence in motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm whilst working to a tight deadline.
- Experienced working with Production Management Software.
- Excellent at organisational skills and good at multitasking.
- A great team player.
- Self-motivated and able to work calmly under pressure.
- Hard working and efficient.
- A strong communicator.
- Excellent at controlling finances.
- Able to appreciate accuracy and pay close attention to detail.
- Confident motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm whilst working to a tight deadline.
- Able to deliver on schedule, working calmly and efficiently under pressure.
Bonus Points:
- Microsoft Excel skills and experience of working in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and Final Draft.
- Experience of working within the 3D Animation pipeline.
- Experience of Post Production processes.
