Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Digital Engagement Manager to spearhead a digital communications approach that fosters their customers and the connection to the company product strategy while enabling business growth. Part of your key role is to continually enhance their digital communication, services and customer experience within their platforms.

Working as an integral part of the Digital Marketing team, this role will report directly to the Global Head of Digital Engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • You will lead and execute/roll out global client engagement campaigns. These campaigns will look at cultivating client relationships (think informing, attrition, developing and win back etc.).
  • Working with local and central marketing teams covering all marcomms.
  • Enable global leaders to share regular progress updates on the strategy, focus areas and business endeavours.
  • Reinforce focus on digital marketing communication and showcase how the campaigns work drives impact through client transformation.
  • Leverage best in class communications strategies, methods and tools to evolve the communications function forward.

What are we looking for in you?

  • 5 + years in B2C financial services (preferably UK).
  • A thorough understanding of online trading/investing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse, project manage and prioritise based on metrics/KPIs and business objectives.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with strong copywriting, content management and/or email marketing experience.
  • A penchant to lead with curiosity and to “start with why”.
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously while collaborating with dispersed corporate marketing team and subject matter experts, as required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
