We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Creator to join a leading global luxury retail brand. They currently have a new position for a Digital Content Creator to join their marketing team.

Outline Of Role:
* To create and implement digital marketing content for their customers.
* Support with all websites and social media channels, from content creation through to execution.
* Build premium reputation online with customers (B2B) and consumers (B2C) to develop brand awareness and attract new business within the optical industry.
* Display an advanced knowledge of different digital platforms and demonstrate a confident and innovative approach to creative design.

Duties And Responsibilities:
* Support the marketing and wider teams with the development and execution of all digital marketing initiatives.
* Input on ideas and planning of the digital marketing strategy and campaigns.
* Coordinate social media platforms, including the launch of new channels.
* Coordinate and update content on the website.
* Coordinate and update content for Apps.
* Be responsible for maintaining the digital presence with the curation of content calendars.
* Coordinate digital content for customers by developing digital campaigns and ready-to-use content and assets.
* Create and design innovative (and sometimes interactive) digital content, including video.
* Capture video content at events and Customer premises when required.
* Input and support wider marketing strategies as required, such as proofreading and mail-outs.
* Create and coordinate content for Linkedin platforms.
* Coordinate the launch and maintain eLearning platform.
* Be responsible for tracking digital performance and providing insight into analytics.
* Ensure projects and tasks are completed on time and within budget.
* Adhere to brand guidelines and approval processes.
* Ad-hoc support on events, campaigns and POS.
* Raise PO's as required and supporting on other administrative tasks within the marketing team.

Experience/knowledge Required:

* 2yrs+ experience of digital content creation, including film/video experience.
* Some copywriting skills.
* Advanced with using all Adobe systems (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
* Experience in filming and editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere or other preferred software and a sound ability to capture video footage).
* Advanced understanding of social media platforms and functions (must include LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
* Experience of using data analytics to collect, measure and analyse (e.g. Google Analytics).
* Passionate about UX design and content design principles.
* Experience in website development and CMS (Wordpress).
* Experience with SEO and SEM is preferable.
* Hold a Digital Marketing or Design Degree, or related.
* Intermediate/advanced - Microsoft Office software including Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
* Conversant with Gmail and Google Documents.
* Ability to work within a small team, with staff at all levels and with partner organisations and clients.
* Excellent eye for content, creative and aesthetics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to balance priorities to meet tight deadlines and complete projects.
* Self-motivated, ability to show initiative and develop creative solutions.
* Ability to build & maintain effective working relationships.
