The Role:

You will be part of the Creative Centre within the Design team, working within the individual style choice teams. You’ll be creating and inputting data into our Product Lifecycle Management system and tracking all design samples ensuring they are in the business for key dates within the critical path. 
 

You Will:

•    Have a strong understanding of our deadlines within our critical path, working alongside our designers as well as the collection strategy team, regional offices and product developers. Ability to follow product life cycle from initial developments to production.
•    Be responsible for the inputting and management of data, libraries and design specs as well as initial style creation on our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, and being a Design Superuser for the PLM system.
•    Track design samples, giving regular updates of the estimated ex-factory dates, and manage the movements and whereabouts of samples when they arrive. 
•    Support the design team in the creation of the seasonal colour palettes, ensuring the key colour service provider details and codes are present and correct. Organise sending physical copies, and virtual copies, to our regional offices.
•    Work closely with our PLM IT team on future projects and processes we can implement to improve and stream line our current processes.
•    Work closely with the regional offices to be the main communication source between them and the  design teams, especially at key deadlines in the critical path.
•    Process all internal design post and deliveries, and send out all post to suppliers and regional offices.
•    Have a basic knowledge of garment construction and an interest to work within the fashion industry.
•    Confidently think outside the box, problem solve and find solutions to get the best results.
•    Support design team with facilitating internal cross functional requests.
•    Be responsible for supporting design team with administrative tasks and approvals throughout the season.
•    Communicate clearly with external suppliers across multiple territories.
 

You Are:

•    Process driven and exceptionally organised with outstanding time management skills.
•    Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.
•    High level of accuracy.
•    Ideally aware of basic Adobe Illustrator and Product Lifecycle Management, but this is not essential.
•    A clear communicator with the confidence to approach all levels and functions across our business.
•    Level headed and work well under pressure.
•    Positive and have a “can do” attitude with the ability to go above and beyond when needed.
•    A team player who will enjoy working and being part of the Superdry family.
