Design Consultant & Store Lead: Meet and understand customers Lead fabric/wallpaper/curtain selections Create the overall design concept Prepare the final recommendation Present to customers Close the sale Handle important follow-ups Manage showroom and team Coordinate with vendors Prepare mood boards Make Photoshop/Illustrator presentations Pull fabric/wallpaper images Prepare fabric combinations Maintain digital library of collections Prepare quotations/BOQs from selections Make room visualisations Organise samples and catalogues Update customer files Assist with follow-ups Photograph/document completed projects
