The Role: Join our dynamic Internal Communications team at easyJet. Reporting to the Internal Communications Director, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic communications that connect our people to our purpose, strategy and culture. As a senior member of the team, you'll lead high-impact communication and engagement campaigns, partner with senior leaders across the business, and ensure our key messages resonate across the organisation. You'll also manage one direct report and contribute to the wider Internal Communications strategy.
