We created a bespoke report designed to capture people’s imaginations with a unique perspective about the future of retail. The report established Capita’s credibility in the market as a provider of valuable content, featuring a wealth of meaningful insights and actionable ‘what if’ scenarios.

To bring to life the content of our future retail trend report, we created a short film designed to highlight some of the key insights in a highly visual and compelling way.

We also co-hosted a live ‘Smart Retailing’ Forum with Capita, drawing together several industry experts from retail, consultancy and academia to share their unique perspectives.
