We're looking for 3D artists to create sim-compatible interior and exterior scenes: full environments built to a standard beyond a beautiful render -- correct real-world scale, physically plausible layouts, structure a simulation can actually use. If you've spent years perfecting lighting and materials for architecture clients only to watch rates get bid down on marketplaces flooded with competition, this is a different shape of ArchViz work: ongoing production, not one-off bids, on a technical spec that's actually worth mastering.
